Please note all UK mainland SWAG orders are to be paid upfront including packing and delivery fees. However, any bulk orders may be subject to a surcharge for delivery which will be quoted before despatch.

All Northern Ireland and rest of world shipments will be quoted for packing and delivery upon completion of your order.

We ask that you please give us at least 5 working days for any SWAG orders to give us plenty of time to book this in for you.

All items in the event in a box will need to be installed, de-installed and packaged back up (in the original state) by yourself. If any items are returned damaged, you will be charged the cost to replace the item
